The Role
It's been an interesting an d challenging placement which has help increase my understanding of the area which I want to go into as a career.
Very helpful and welcoming
Any issues were dealt with immediately
Steady stream of work throughout the week.
We were pressured to deliver what was promised and we were responsible for what we did.
Very relevant to my degree and good skills for future jobs, even in unrelated areas.
The Company
Standard office life with decent people who are always friendly
They had everything planned out by the time we arrived and we went straight to work.
They've spent a lot of time ensuring we know what we're doing and that we're doing it correctly.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Future prospects are promising.
The Culture
The placement students all get along well and we've been out a couple times together.
Not too bad, relatively cheap but I often go for the more expensive things.
Always a good night out, close to Birmingham and Manchester so that's handy.
You could get involved in a few activities in the town.
