The Role
I found it really challenging and interesting. Colleagues are willing to give interns responsibilities and to teach them a lot. Therefore it is a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally.
I felt that they really appreciated my job especially when they started asking me to do things more complicated by leaving me space to take decisions on how to proceed in carrying on a task.
The job and the tasks required me to work, many times, up to very late in the night
I was given the chance to do a pitch book almost on my on with a Managing Director. I really appreciated this opportunity .
The Company
People were really friendly and always willing to help.
I found the entire program very well organized. All the interns had the chance to know each other during many events, there was a mentor program, there were many training sessions and all of these were properly distributed over the 9 weeks to allow people to easily participate.
There have been many training sessions covering many teams' activities and technical/theoretical subjects.
