The Role
It has been hard work but rewarding also.
Colleagues make an effort to commend you on good work and offer advice.
Great deal of support was necessary to begin with. Its been good to work without assistance after a while.
Kept very busy. It would have been nice to have more of an introduction.
Good level of responsibility with work on a range of clients.
Time management is a big skill to gain. Efficiency in working will also go a long way.
The Company
It's a work place.
The only disappointment was lack of a social aspect c.f. other banks and cancelation of events.
This is hard to say. Training is highly specific to the role and very informal.
This is a good institution to work for.
The Culture
It really did depend which side of the bank you were internng in.
London is expensive.
But this doesn't rememdy the fact that the office does not have the same kind of nightlife.
Did enjoy the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge and the BarCap Touch Rugby.
