The Role
I found my placement was good experience and i learned alot. It was very long hours and because as an intern you cant go out and drive, 10 hours a day is a long time to be in the office.
Think each branch differs but i recieved a lot of support in my branch
Some days I was bored with nothing to do, other days it was manic - just depended on business of overall branch and amount of staff that were working on particular days
Given quite a lot of responsibility quickly - thrown in at the deep end.
teaches you a lot about how a successful business is run and managed
The Company
Good atmosphere - everyone got on well and majority of customers were lovely!
Good organisation - lots of training days, always somebody to talk to if had any issues and quite flexible!
I think the company invests a lot of time and money into their employees
The Culture
Reasonable. I went out with people from my branch one weekend!
Reasonable!
Not great!
It's close to my home so i just did what i would normally do outside work
