The Role
It was a great atmosphere for learning and gave me great experience in real life situations with actual projects that make a difference.
Any work I did was highly appreciated by my colleagues and always felt like part of the team.
Everyone was very approachable and would always take the time to help, explain and guide if there was anything I needed help with.
Quite busy but enjoying it as it felt like time passed very quickly.
There were projects which I was project manager for therefore I was fully responsible for them or getting tasks in projects would be quite important in going forward with the project.
I believe that everything I'm learning now will be applicable in all situations - whether it is studies or my future career
The Company
A very relaxed and casual atmosphere with colleagues making jokes but can be very serious when work needs to be done.
Very organised, from the moment we arrived we had our training organised, our laptops and accounts set up and our buddies assigned.
I have had some initial training but most of it came from learning as I went through projets.
Flexi Time
Working from home
At the end of the year I could receive an offer for a Graduate Placement which I would be very interested in
The Culture
All other placement students are great and I think I have created friendships for life.
Not too expensive but not much of a social scene.
Not amazing
Some interesting activities but I personally did not find the time to get involved in them.
