The Role
Very comfortable environment
I think in RBS, if you work hard you will get the respect from other colleagues.
There was a huge restructure change that affected business support, but still ample enough for me.
I made sure I was busy
If you ask enough you will get it
Developed my presentation, confidence, and business acumen.
The Company
Relatively quiet
Started off really well, tailered off in the last 5 months
they invested around £2000 in my personal development (training) externally and had internal training also.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
They've offered me a job on the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Started off well, some kept themselves to themselves near the end. Was close to most of the graduates though, and one placement student
Lived at home
ok but most people went home after work so didn't socialise as much as I would have thought at the start of the year
voluntary opportunities and a large sporting club
