The Role
Good work environment, no hierachy. Work is interesting. Learning was not as much as I expected.
Most colleagues are welcoming and friendly. People are willing to help or answer my questions.
Most of my assigned work was well explained. Sometimes a bit lack of background information.
Fair amount of work to do.
During the later stage I was relatively independent when doing the work.
What I learned on the job will definitely help in my future career. Maybe I would learn even more if given more variety of work.
The Company
Good office atmosphere. Colleagues have a good sense of humor!
The process was well-organized overall.
Some very useful introductory training. Would appreciate more training on the specific role/business.
Subsidised Canteen
A good place to work and build a career
The Culture
Had a side projest with gellow students, and some social events with colleagues.
A bit cheaper than London but still relatively expensive
A small town, so should not expect too much. But does have some nice pubs, shops, restaurants.
Sports, drinks, lunches...
