The Role
the staff i worked with were pleasant and helpful. i learnt alot in a short space of time so feel it was very worthwhile. it was a great way to spend the summer
my collegues were friendly and very helpfull
my manager helped me alot throughout my placement even though she had a heavy workload
the store was very busy at times and then quite at others but this gave me time to complete my work folder
the manager allowed me to be hands on in all aspects of the store
it was an invaluable experience and i have gained alot from it
The Company
there was a pleasant feeling the majority of the time
very well structured
i felt like a member of the team even though i was only there for a temporary period the company alowed me to learn a great deal
very tempting, great company to work for
The Culture
i did not encounter any other students on the placement, perhaps it would be nice to have a social for the fellow students on placement in the area
i live relatively close by to the area which i worked in therefore the cost of living was not expensive, my only great outgoings was the cost of travel
i didnt experience the nightlife in the area
