The Role
I learnt a lot and was able to learn different roles to the one I was in. The knowledge I gained from 1st and 2nd year was very useful as it helped signifantly throughout my placement
They were helpful and informative especially when I wanted advice about my career path
Not much as I picked up things quickly and was independent within the first month. Again the knowledge I gained from 1st and 2nd year equipped me very well for this experienc.
I was more busy after new year because the Trust had acquired another trust and there was also year end work taking place.
A lot, because I learnt quickly and did not need much guidance I was able to take on any task and complete it within a suitable timeframe.
It helped but I can't fully state to what extent because I have only been back in uni for 1 month+
The Company
Ok. I was able to talk to colleagues on all levels comfortably
Not that great. I did complete tasks quickly and asked for extra work
I was able to attend lots of training courses
Above 25 days holiday
I don't want to work in the NHS although it was very valuable experience gained
The Culture
I was the only placement student
Not much. There was not much after work socialising besides from the office Christmas party, people's birthday and my leaving meal.
I don't know
