The Role
Great scheme and great people to work with although occasionally struggled to find work for me towards the end of the placement as the summer kicked in and they were less busy.
In a team which treated me really well and made me feel at home.
Great support, if I had any questions I did not hesitate to ask and nobody hesitated to help.
Some days were quieter than others but I would never have nothing to do and as long as you ask for work someone will find something for you to do.
A fair amount of responsibility going on viewings and sitting in on meetings but as a lot of their work is confidential I couldn't be given as much responsibility as I would like.
I have learnt a lot throughout this placement and developed a lot as an individual in the workplace.
The Company
Very good atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and enjoyed a joke or two.
Extremely well organised, couldn't have asked for better.
I have had a lot of help and guidance and am very thankful for this opportunity with C&W
National Travel
Very appealing and I am very much hoping for a grad offer at the end of the internship. How many interns they take on is unknown however so it is difficult to know what your chances are although at the beginning they do emphasise that this is a process which they aim to take grads on from.
The Culture
Very good social atmosphere around the company as a whole
Central London isn't the cheapest of places!
London is reknowned for it's nightlife
Regular softball matches but didn't get asked along to any other sporting events.
