About You
I had a fantastic time at the Insight week. It was a great opportunity to find out more about the business and different areas available to me, whilst having the ability to ask employees lots of questions about career choices and the company.
We were looked after very well during the week and felt as though we were valued by the company. Whilst training for the Campus Brand Manager role we were regularly asked for our input which was an exciting chance to get involved with creating our own strategies.
The Insight week was extremely well structured and every day we had someone looking after us and taking us to do our different tasks and activities
I learnt valuable information about the Consumer Goods industry and about marketing and sales in particular, which is a key area of interest for me. I was able to ask relevant employees about their experiences in these areas which all seemed very positive.
The Company
Very well structured. Always had somewhere to be and something organised and was sent a detailed timetable before the week.
The staff running the week were fantastic and the other people on the Insight week were other like-minded students. Danone gave us great opportunities to socialise in the evenings so that we felt very comfortable.
It gave a good insight into the company and roles available
I gained the understanding that Danone is a very young company with lots of opportunities for development and progression throughout the company.
I already had a good idea of what I wanted to do beforehand but it enabled me to see how I could fit into the business and I was able to talk to others within the company about this.
Everything Else
Accommodation was organised for us along with expenses for food.
Yes, we met lots of different people during talks throughout the week and were able to ask any questions.
Good - we had evenings to socialise and were able to network in the day.
A little, everyone seemed to be very friendly and have good working relationships.
I would definitely recommend
