    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • My colleagues have been really helpful knowing that it was my first time doing an internship, I was guided by my pharmacist manager and the training booklet provided made my learnings more organized.

  • I got good feedbacks from my supervisor

  • My team members always ask me on my work progression and when I made mistakes, they talked to me and encouraged me

  • I always keep myself busy, when I have not got any duty, I will help tidy up the store

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Not as much as I would have expected, maybe because it was down to the fact that it was my first time joining the team and I have a lot more to learn before I can be given more responsibility. I definitely hope that the next year I will be able to handle more duties

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Serious, but not too uptight, we have our occasional fun

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • My training booklet was only provided to me on my first day, I would have preferred to have them a week before so that I attend work more prepared and not overwhelm by sudden amount of information

  • I do not have to re-apply online for next year's internship

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I'm hoping that it's better to have a meeting a day before we start our internship just to get us started and also a meeting during the last day of our internship so that we can exchange views and get feedbacks from other students working in the same company
