The Role
My colleagues have been really helpful knowing that it was my first time doing an internship, I was guided by my pharmacist manager and the training booklet provided made my learnings more organized.
I got good feedbacks from my supervisor
My team members always ask me on my work progression and when I made mistakes, they talked to me and encouraged me
I always keep myself busy, when I have not got any duty, I will help tidy up the store
Not as much as I would have expected, maybe because it was down to the fact that it was my first time joining the team and I have a lot more to learn before I can be given more responsibility. I definitely hope that the next year I will be able to handle more duties
The Company
Serious, but not too uptight, we have our occasional fun
My training booklet was only provided to me on my first day, I would have preferred to have them a week before so that I attend work more prepared and not overwhelm by sudden amount of information
I do not have to re-apply online for next year's internship
The Culture
I'm hoping that it's better to have a meeting a day before we start our internship just to get us started and also a meeting during the last day of our internship so that we can exchange views and get feedbacks from other students working in the same company
I'm not entirely sure
