The Role
I really loved it and learned a lot from the repsonsabilities I have been given and from the experienced people I had the opportunity to work with.
I have been given good responsibilities and felt like my opinion was valued. I did not feel like a placement but like a real Danoner.
I have an amazing manager who gave me guidance and feedback several times a week. Besides, my role gave me the opportuntiy to work across several teams and make the best of my colleagues experience.
Except during the first two weeks (during which I was mostly familiarising with the processes) I was always busy and always had a project to work on. And the good thing is that my tasks are not always the same: it goes from building reports on Excel and analysising figures to organising meeting and presenting analysises.
I had a lot of responsibilities, when you are a placement in Danone they give you almost as much responsibility as you ask for. I was in charge of several reports that I had to share with the whole business, I was also leading the monthly team meeting. My manager also gave me responsibilities on working with our buyer.
I do believe that I improved both my analytical and presentation skills, I also attended to a management and an advanced Excel training that will forever be useful.
The Company
Great atmosphere, people are young, fun and respect each others.
It was really well organised I never had any problem. My objectives had been clearly defined etc.
They allowed me to follow the same trainings as the graduate programs so I think they invested quite a lot in me.

Working from home
I still have a few years of University so I don't have employments perspectives yet but the graduate program could be a good opportunity.
The Culture
There are a lot of young and dynamic people, particulalry with the graduate program. Many social events were organised and the atmosphere was amazing.
London is a quite expensive city.
Many pubs and restaurant!
London is a very dynamic and there is always something new to do, even with team building!
