The Role
Was given plenty of work and responsibilities, friendly co-workers and learnt a lot. Days did become a bit repetative however.
Everyone was pleasant and had time for questions, offering plenty of support. wasn't an awful lot of social activities though, didn't really get to know anyone outside of work.
excellent support, and always had time to help.
Provided I managed my workload well I usually had the right amount of work
As much as I expected to be given as a junior member of the team
Improved my general work based skills, and experience of an office environment is ver y useful. Improved some mathematical based skills
The Company
Fairly quiet and hardworking
A few miscommunications to begin with but generally pretty well organised both in terms of the local and central offices.
A day induction at the beginning and then plenty of support and advice in the local office.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Haven't found out yet but hopeful
The Culture
Rarely had anything going on.
Cheaper than London but quite expensive in comparison to other areas of the country
Bristol is a vibrant and varied city
There's plenty to do in Bristol if your prepared to look for it
