The Role
I am learning a lot during the placement. It is fuffilling to be able to put what you have learnt into practice.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to. I have felt very welcome.
I have meetings with my supervisor to discuss my progress and if I have any issues he is always readily available.
I am kept quite busy with the small tasks that I am currently knowlegeble enough to do. I expect things to get busier when I start collaborating with others on bigger projects.
I have afair ammount of responsibility and expect to be getting more.
I feel that these skills will benifit me greatly in the long run, not only in my future job but also in certain aspect of life.
The Company
Proffesional but relaxed.
Fairly well organized, as one of the first year long placements in my devision it has been a learning experience for both of us.
I have been recieving training for all the tools that I have needed to use.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
There are defiently options available which I will be definetly thinking over.
The Culture
There are quite a few events and activities which different groups participate in.
Reasonable, I am trying my best monthly to cut costs where I can. the subsidised canteen is nice to have.
I couldn't say as I driving in to work from a near by town.
Definetly and there are many ore to come.
