The Role
Really enjoyed working my my collegues who were very friendly and the work and project were interesting.
Felt like part of the team
Regular meetings with advice on performance
Normally quite busy, it is up to you to askfor work when you do not have enough to complete
Everything needs to be checked by someone else, but that is the case with everyone. You were able to complete somthing to the best of your ability before passing it on to someone else.
Developed an understanding of how the businesss works. Improved organisational and communications skills. The charity work was very interesting after we had got used to the idea.
The Company
Something interesting was always happening although towards the middle many people were on holiday
It was organised, however some aspects could have been thought of in more detail, such as a better idea of what was required of you when completing a piece of work. e.g backing needed.
people were very friendly and always willing to help answer questions.
Will find out towards the end of the internship, seems to be going well so far
The Culture
Other interns were interesting and we nearly always had lunch or played pool. A few goods nights out after work
