The Role
Interesting work and nice people. A great place to work
Doing work that actually contributed to the teams effort, also got talking socially with everyone making me feel welcome and wanted
Plenty of guidance within the team, as well as support from a supervisor and anyone else you could ask
Always had something to do, but never felt pressured to do more than I needed
Given some responsibility to develop in the area I was placed
Helping me immensely in programming, I hope to apply my skills to my degree and even further study

Laid back but motivated

Training from the bottom up, didn't require many prerequisites

Graduate development is fast and many positions available
The Culture
Lived in a house organised by the company, able to attend events with them and all other students
Quite cheap for the area, very close to work
