The Role
A good combination of shadowing and self responsibility.
I always felt valued and part of the team.
Support and guidance was always there. They always would take time to make sure I knew what I was doing.
This varied depending on the shadowing.
During my placement I was given some responsibility but not much.
The skills I developed on Excel will greatly help me in the future. Furthermore this will help me beat competition to future jobs.
The Company
The atmosphere was lively. Everybody was friendly and there was even a good social life.
Right from the start I was given a task sheet to complete.
The firm didn't invest too much development in me.
Future employment prospects are great. The chance to progress is unlimited.
The Culture
People would go for lunch together everyday. There were sports events and people would go for drinks after work.
I lived at home so free! Manchester isn't known as being too expensive however.
The nightlife in Manchester is brilliant.
From the first day I was asked to join their football 5 aside.
