The Role
most of the days working in prysmian were enjoyable as the staff are all friendly to work with.
when i was in charge of making sure orders are getting sent out on time.
as i was working on my project my manger would give me feed back.
i was always relitivly busy as my supervisor would set out my tasks.
i was given the responsibility on certain things like placing customer orders, making sure orders get sent out on time and making sure the factory staff are carrying out their duties.
the skills i developed and the training i received will help me to a high extent as my supervisor told me you dont know how much this experience is going to help you.
The Company
very lively at all times as someone will always tell a joke or bring up something funny (only quite when the directors are working)
the scheme was not that fair as sometimes my supervisor will forget to give me tasks.
my supervisor from time to time would give me training on the company system and explain to me why this task needs to be done and made sure i understood it.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
i would work there again as it was very enjoyable.
The Culture
yes there was they were freindly and we would all go out to lunch together.
i traveld from home but i heard it was reasonable.
