The Role
Fantastic - one of the best summers I've had. The sheer size of the programme meant you got to meet loads of other interns.
Very value member of the team.
I received as much guidance as support as I required. If I was struggling, I could get more, If I wasn't I was left to get on with the job
I wasn't over worked which was good as it give me time to learn about the business and company however I was expected to complete the work I was assigned and there was more available if I wanted it.
I was given lots. Although my manager oversaw my work, I still was accountable for delivering it.
It gave the perfect mix of technical and business awareness skills in a structured, useful environment.
The Company
Relaxed and laid back, but also efficient.
Very well organised.
Complete training days, online courses and speakers.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Very appealing
The Culture
As everyone was living in halls, it was very sociable
It was very cheap
Good if all the interns went out
With so many other interns, there was loads of opportunity's
