The Role
The company have a very good outlook on how to run their departments. Everyone at the company are very polite and helpful. The work is very challenging but rewarding.
Everyone is very nice and eager to lend a helping hand.
Support was always there when needed.
Fluctuated slightly but all in all always had something to do.
The research into the project and the implementing of the research was given to the placement student.
A lot of the techniques that I had to learn are not taught at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
The Company
Very calm.
Everything is set up for you.
I was given a very interesting project and almost full responsibility over the project.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The company are amazing, however I am not planning to be living localling in the future.
The Culture
Everyone got on very well and met up for lunch.
Travelling from Southampton meant paying a lot more than I usually would for petrol per week.
Romsey is a 30 minute drive away from southampton where there is a generally good student night life due to the two universities.
There are many clubs set up at the company.
