The Role
Very enjoyable, I was given a proper role and was treated like an equal member of the team

The Culture
EXCELLENT. loads of event organised for us!
Was great because I was on an out of town project so most things were paid for me
Night life in Horsham (where I was based) wasnt amazing but there were plenty of places to eat and socialise
Alot of opporunities to get involved eg. charity days, sports, night activities
