  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Overall it was an enjoyable day with interesting tasks, a valuable insight of the EMO programme and presentations given by great people.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I was very well looked after. Breakfast, lunch and tea was provided with courtesy. Stationery was also provided. Thank you for the hospitality.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • The talk on the EMO programme was very well structured and presented very well. Questions were answered throughout the day without any hesitation.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The insight day will help me enormously when preparing for interviews and assessment days even outside the FCA.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The day was very well planned and structured. The only missing session was networking with Spectrum which did not take place as detailed in the agenda.

    • The overall general atmosphere was very friendly and professional.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The FCA invested their time, resources and hospitality to full extent as far as I am concerned. Thank you. It is much appreciated.

    • I would rate my understanding as 9 now, whereas if I hadn't bee to the insight day, it would probably be between 4&5.

    • I have greater understanding of company's culture than before.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I did not expect but FCA will be reimbursing my travel expenses for the day. Thank you.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Not other than the staff who was already there for presentations.
