The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Rolls-Royce, there was always work to do and it was always interesting
I felt as though I was one of the team. They were always happy to help and I would love to work with them again
My supervisor was away a lot but I always had the support of the rest of the office. I always had help when I needed it.
Very busy
I was given my own projects and they were entrusted to me - no one was checking up on what I was doing at any point.
The work I was doing was very specialised, but it was technical. I was also given opportunities such as presenting and report writing which was a massive help.
The Company
It was a hard working environment but I enjoyed every day
I had the right amount of work to do, it was set up well.
I had a supervisor to help me and was given a lot of opportunities to learn and improve myself
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I was offered a job, I didn't have to think twice before accepting.
The Culture
There are a lot of interns and grads and there is a regular and extensive social calender
Bristol - not too expensive
Bristol!
The grads and interns had a lot of activities as well as those from the office I worked in.
