The Role
all the staff are lovely and they made the placement truly enjoyable!
Everyone is a valued member of staff at Shoosmiths
I have regular meetings with my supervisor and thorough training
Some days were busier than others, but generally very busy with the case load
I was given as much responsibility as any other case handler
They will help me with managing my workload, dealing with stressful situations and being professional in my approach to my studies
The Company
Relaxed and fun
Very well orgainised, we have regular meetings for placement students to see how we are getting along
During my one to one meetings we discuss my personal and professional development, which makes me feel like a valued member of the team
Very, I would love to work here again
The Culture
Absolutely, everyone is very friendly and you are encouraged to socialise outside of work
Northampton is a fairly cheap place to live, especially with the salary
Good, although I am not the sort of person that goes out a lot
Absolutely, there are plenty of charity events etc.
