The Role
Although I did not enjoy store time as much as I enjoyed head office, it was very valuable and I gained very useful skills throughout the whole placement
The role comes with a lot of respect and responsibility so to an extent yes
I was not around my mentor for a large proportion of the placement and they were very busy with other things
I was always extremely busy
You are given a large amount of responsibility
It has helped in every aspect of life from my personal development to my studies. Skills such as organisation, presentation, problem solving skills etc
The Company
It was a positive working environment
I often found we were not told what stores we would be in until quite late but that it is expected due to changes in demand of stores.
The company invested a lot with the ability to get feedback on the high profile projects that we did
Company Car
Very appealing, the company offers good benefits for the graduate scheme
The Culture
The social scene was not good for the placement students
You are so busy you do not have the opportunity to do that
Did not have a clue, you do not have the opportunity to do that
Not aware of any
