The Role
Very exciting job with many oppotunities to communicate or meet with partners. I learnd so much from this job. And the colleage in this company is really friendly and professional. I am so proud of working in ARM.
My boss gives me a very positive evaluation as well as some improvements to be made. Other team members are also positive to my work. However, I do know I need to learn more.
My supervisor is in the different office and there is a time zone problem. However, she is very supportive when she is available. Her deputy in Cambridge did support me very well and gave me a lot of guidances to do this job.
Basically, I was busy everyday. But I wasn't required to work over time.
I am responsible for half of my tasks, while my management did review the other half of my work.
I learnd really helpful knowledge during this placement, and understand the whole industry in some extent. There are also many skills I developed during the work. The training and events did open my eyes.
