The Role
Incredibly well organised, plenty of interaction with other interns. Numerous opportunities to network and speak with members of the comapny at a variety of levels. Interesting work and project context.
Get on very well with all memebrs of the team and have built good working relationships. Made lasting friends with others in intern group and recieved highl level of respect from all colleagues.
Always willing to answer any questions and offer feedback.
Sometimes not enough work to do. Endeavoured to create own work and exhaust all options but in some instances simply not enough scope.
Considering the short period of work, was able to meet and work with client employees, have significant input within the team and own several tools/documents.
Learnt a variety of invaluable presentation, formatting, and computer skills. Also learnt about fundamentals of office behaviour and relationships.
The Company
Worked productively during offcie hours but enjoyed several social occassions which were all really fun.
Very well organised on arrival, plenty of activities, meetings and opportunities.
invested in computer and skills training, worked with our Performance Objectives and generally interested to help interns 'learn and develop'.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Appealing prospect but do not hear about offers until after internship.
The Culture
Really great atmosphere and maintained contact throughout, hugely helped by events and activities organised by HR.
London always expensive.
Very good fun, especially with work functions, but very pricey.
Plently of opportunities but down to you to get involved.
