    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The office atmosphere was busy. There was a lot of noise but nothing unusual for an open plan office it did take time to adjust to it and really focus in on work. It was however an extremely friendly environment where people weren't shy to speak to you and introduce themselves. It was a great relaxed, hard working environment.

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • I felt the internship was well organised but it could have been streamlined in certain areas. For example when offering opportunities out to interns it was a free for all and if you were in a meeting you missed out. Similarly some new events that were designed to help develop our overall skills were held at the very end of the internship so it would have been more beneficial to have them at the beginning.

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Training wise I was exposed to a CV workshop that did help with my application process however I was unable to get onto a presentation workshop and I was only made aware of our access to different workshops not put on by the intern manager. I felt if I was made aware of these opportunities sooner I would have developed more. But from a work experience perspective the amount invested in me was enormous and I was given the chance to hone my skills in a variety of different areas.
