The Role
Has its good and bad points, but mostly good, every day is differant
All senior management remember your name, you just have to remeber to stand up for yourself and speak loudly!
Lots of support is available whenever needed
Varies - mainly rushed off my feet!
You get plenty of responsibility but also lots of guidance
Depends - Will help a lot if I returned to Enterprise - less so else where
The Company
A real laugh - not all offices are the same though in all honesty
Very proffesional - you can tell it has been done for some time
Clear training and progression set out from the start - just like a full time MT
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Prospects are good- already been offered a job for after uni
The Culture
Dont really meet many other placement students, as we are all at differant offices - but the social scene in general is very good.
I moved home for the year - what more can I say!
Scunthorpe isnt exactly the most exciting of places - but it was my choice to go there!
Yeah, we all do things quite regularly
