The Role
Was a great internship, got to work across two different industries which is rare for an intern. Had the opportunity to go to meeting with senior executives. Would have like a bit more responsibility in my day to day tasks.
Colleagues were fantastic at making you feel part of the team. They involve you in as much work as they can. However, as an intern, my skill set was limited in comparison to those I worked with who had a wealth of experience; therefore not all tasks were the most challenging.
Each intern was provided with a buddy, HR rep and line manager. There was constant communication therefore any problems were resolved quickly.
Amount of work varied on a day to day basis. Some days I felt like I had too much, some days there was less to do. It is all dependent on the pace of the project and the people you work with. Overall, it was fairly balanced.
I never felt like I was running the show, but I always had work to do. Sometimes I would have to ask around if people needed assistance, but as I got more involved in my role my workload increased.
Not that I have completed my degree yet, but I do feel like I have learnt skills for life. Even on simple programmes like PowerPoint. I have learnt to use basic Office tools in a more professional manner, which will help the speed at which I work and the level of work I produce.
The Company
Within the office, some days were extremely fun, especially considering my team were all a great laugh. But fun varied with deadlines and stress.
Haven't encountered any problems!
The company invested in us a lot. We had a weeks training induction which included an excel seminar, as well as an introductory project which included real a real Accenture client.

Hopefully I have proved myself, would love the opportunity to get a grad role here!
The Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly and up for laugh. We all shared are different experiences, having worked across the country on different projects.
Very expensive. However, we were paid enough to cover the cost and therefore could socialise.
Having lived in London my whole life, it has become my favourite city.
Many opportunities, didnt get too involved, which I would change if i return.
