The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship at CR UK. I was not sure what I had signed up for as the interview process all happened very quick. I learned a lot and was able to change careers and take confidence in applying for jobs after.
My colleague were fantastic. My team were very inclusive and appreciative of the work that I put in. The wider business was welcoming and my network has grown massively.
I was always encouraged to give my thoughts and felt listened to. Help was offered when applying for jobs and I was given time when I needed it.
Some days were pretty intense, on the most part I was able to deal with it and leave the workplace with a calm head.
I was given free reign to manage the project given to me. My manager had confidence in my ability and let me get on with it.
This internship has helped me massively to build skills and confidence in working in a completely different sector to my training. I have built a strong CV and have been successful in securing interviews since completing the internship.
The Company
We were a busy office but had fun when it allowed.
It was clear what my project was and was given enough time to get settled before it kicked in.
