About You
It was interesting experience to work in the company for 5 weeks and grasp the project related to my area of specialization.
I felt that the project we were doing and my skills are very relevant for the company. I felt great support from all the team members.
Guidelines and support were very good. We were introduced to most of the roles in Change department, we were guided both by our mentor and the project sponsor.
The project was very relevant to my studies and this experience will be very valuable both to practice and further research purposes.
The Company
Insight was very well structured. Introduction, Project, Presentations and feedback sessions.
The general atmosphere was very positive and supportive.
There was no time to do any personal training however we had personal feedback sessions after our assessment which was very valuable input.
We didn't really understand the business area the company is working in and it would be nice to participate at the meeting for some real projects to understand better how it works.
The project helped a lot, but it cou7ld be more once we had access to real project meetings.
I think I already know my path so it was just one more argument that I'm on the right way
Everything Else
Opportunities were very good: meetings with Management team, people of various roles, other interns
Good, we went to the pub with our mentors (ex-interns)
yes, we even went to one event
Yes, sure. Especially to someone who is interested in traditional way of project management.
