The Role
I can simply describe my marketing internship as a fantastic professional experience.
At i2i people are cool, creative, friendly, and professional; with positive attitude and this culture is the key word to success. I have always felt part of the team!
Showing commitment and can do attitude the managers will trust you and even more opportunities will come across. I also had a mentor during the whole period to talk about career, work and so on. She is fantastic and very sweet.
Mostly important I was involved in decisions, meetings, and daily pledge meetings. We had several master classes and I attended several courses such as PPT, excel, Nutritionist tips and Mindfulness. Everyday the day will be different and always learning!
During these 3 months, I had the amazing opportunity to work for few days in Brazil at i2i Sao Paulo’s office and it was beyond my expectations. I was working in Birmingham for a week for Jewellery & Watch 2016 and I was also involved in a very important event called Byers Power List dinner awards.
I strongly believe I have developed both my personal and professional skills. Happily, I was offered a position as a customer marketing executive and I am delighted to say I am working currently working for i2i. My expectations were met and I am glad to be part of i2i now.
The Company
As I mentioned earlier at i2i people are cool, creative, friendly, and professional. There are many social events and it is always fun! We were all invited to the big Christmas party. Certainly, there is a combination of working and also having good time.
As I mentioned earlier as well, I had several master classes and I attended several courses such as PPT, excel, Nutritionist tips and Mindfulness. Also, meetings to talk about career progression.
I was offered a position as a customer marketing executive and I am delighted to say that I am still working at i2i.
The Culture
We can attend free yoga classes in the office. There are many social events and it is always fun! I was also invited to the big Christmas party. Certainly, there is a combination of working and also having good time.
You can find Sansbury, Pret a Manger and many other restaurants to eat very close to the office. Probably 2 min away.
You can find lots of places to go around Paddington
During Christmas period there were lots of outside activities during the day and after working hours. There is a square where the office is located and we had live music and so on.
