    • A good balance within the teams.

    • Foundation community is very good and efficient. They are always on hand if extra support is required.

    • Definitely applying back to IBM for the Graduate Scheme. And if you are not sure on what you want to apply back for there are opportunities to shadow Graduates in the roles and different service lines to gain a better understanding.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • There are around 100 placement students based in my location: South Bank. There are a lot of opportunities to meet new people and get involved in the social scene.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • Based in London, cost of living and socializing is expensive. However, as a commuter you don't feel the cost as much.

    • Being in London everything is easily accessible and options are unlimited.
