The Role
relaxed atmosphere, with a good mix of young and older (but young at heart) staff
You are doing similar work to the perminant staff and outsourced team - you are valued as a collegue
Full training at oracle university prior to starting, vast amounts of online material also available
I tended to manage my own time, if im very busy its because I have messed up somewhere
Lots of responsibility - but there are audit checks in place to ensure that you behave
training has helped hugely
The Company
lots of banter going round, plenty of team events and cheeky halves
fairly well structured, however its up to you how involved in the scheme you get

reading is good value for money
not any clubs, but plenty of bars
