The Role
Match up to my expectations exactly. It is exactly what I pictured.
everyone respects everyone else, especially in what they do. A small firm has no free riders!
Staff normally are too busy, but finding the answer through my own research gives a sense of accompolishment.
Always extremely busy, probably have had 3 days where they were not so hectic.
a huge project, from start to finish, so a lot of responsibility.
Most things learnt on the job cannot be found in books!
The Company
so quiet, you can hear the pin drop. But it is the perfect environment for researchers.
HR organised this. I think they have underestimated the time needed for some roles in some departments.
the firm was keen to get the interns to know it inside out.
I don't think any positions are available, which is forgiven.
The Culture
Collegues were approachable and friendly. Staff show their social side outside of work too.
it is in an expensive area.
maybe I haven't found it!
Only a handleful of proper networking sessions. But many staff go out after work on a weekly basis.
