About You
Really really enjoyed the program!! Would definitely recommend for other people who are perhaps unsure of whether they want to work in banking
The whole team made a real effort to make everyone feel valued. The whole week I felt incredibly comfortable and at ease to ask any questions I had.
So much! From the beginning we received a lot of guidance, the app especially was super useful to let us know what was going to happen before hand
The skills will help so much, even just the confidence gained from talking to other people within the industry.

Incredibly well structured!
So friendly and supportive, no question felt stupid!
It felt like the time everyone put in throughout the whole week was such an investment, it made me feel really invested in.
It completely cleared up any myths and questions I had.
It helped so much! It made it a lot clearer!
It in a way made me a bit more confused but it definitely helped me decide that I wanted to work in banking
