Intern Review

The programme was far better than I expected. The presentations have all been very inspiring, the networking events have been very well organised and the representatives was very welcoming and helpful. For me HR team have been very helpful with helping me getting in contact with the people at the corporate banking division which have been I am very greatful for.

I definitely have felt valued since everyone from VP:s to analysts have been very interested in my opinions and my questions.

Everyone have been very helpful, welcoming and I have felt really appreciated the whole time. I have also made a lot of new friends which I am very happy for.

I definitely feel that Citi has invested in my development during the Women in Finance programme. The day's have been very well organised and filled with different sessions and presentations that have given me more knowledge about what a career at Citi would hold.

All of the presentations about the different working divisions at Citi have given me a great insight to how the division work, how they differ from each other and which division would suit me. These presentations as well as the opportunity to network with both analysts and Directors have provided me with a greater understanding of what a future at Citi would hold.

The networking opportunities and the senior panels were a big contribution to broaden my understanding of the company culture. I know feel more confident that the culture and the values that I have read and heard about are true and I have also realized just how appreciated and important this culture is to those that are working at Citi.

The opportunity to be at Citi's London office and to meet with and learn from the people that are a part of Citi are opportunities that have been an invaluble experience for my future aspirations.

The booking of the hotel and flight tickets went quick and easy and the accommodation was above all my expectations. The fact that all of us that lived far from London got to stay at the same hotel made the experience even better since we could spend more time with each other and therefore get to know each other much easier. The fact that hotel was very close to the train and just around ten minutes by train from Citi was also very appreciated by all of us staying at the hotel.

We were given the opportunity to network at almost every part of the daily schedule which was really important to me since talking to others that have been at Citi for various lengths of time gave me a broader picture of how a career at Citi could look like.

The opportunities for networking was great. We had more formal events at the office but also events outside the office such as the pizza making event. Not matter of the structure of the event, everyone that attended the these events were very welcoming, interested and glad to talk to us.

We had a presentation about Citi's social responsibility and the opportunities we have to get involved as a volunteer in different community development projects.

I would highly recommend this insight programme to a friend and I already have.
