About You
It was a really insightful week and fun week!
Citi treated us really well, with all food paid for including really fun sessions like making pizza at pizza express. I also really appreciated that they made it very clear to look after yourself and your health at the beginning of the week which made everyone feel really valued.
The whole week was structured really well and any questions we had were encouraged.
It was really useful to use the time we had to get to know the different decisions well, which helped me personally pick out areas that I was interested in!
The Company
Really well structured the programme was clear and well organised
It was a really nice atmosphere, but it would have been nicer to know about the fast track system on the Thursday so that it wasn't as much of a trying to compete atmosphere
They taught us so many different soft skills and we had many seniors come and talk to us which shows how much of an investment they made
It helped a lot in terms of understanding the different jobs people had and also the little facts like how long they work on average being answered
We only had one presentation on this at the start of the week. From other programmes I've done I've been able to recite their aims from the first day, but I couldn't name one if citi's values
Really useful!
Everything Else
We were given hotels, train fare and food for the week
So many networking events were provided and encouraged.
They were so varied and a lot of fun!
