The Role
Amazing people, really good placement from all aspects, thoroughly enjoyed.
Always open to talk to and always found time.
Managers were always around to help and open to questions.
Always busy on the job, if you are not busy then you can put your name on a work board or send an email around the office.
Definitely given responsibility and felt the work made a difference to the organisation.
Gave a real insight into work and secured my career path.
The Company
Very friendly and professional with a keen work environment.
Very well organised with activities set out. The graduate recruitement did a very good job of this.
Given training at head office and constant training on the job.
Sports and Social Club
Very appealing to the point I would definitely accept a graduate job.
The Culture
Social scene was really good which lead to building friendships.
Socialising costs were flexible with choice of where you want to go. The company contributed towards drinks and organised social events.
Working in Birmingham city centre meant the nightlife was really good.
Lots of socials, organised sports events and corporate governance activities.
