About You
I found the insight really informative, engaging and challenging. The recruitment team worked really hard to make sure we felt at ease and made friends within the Insight group
The team brought lots of important people in the company to talk to us, which made it seem like they valued what we took from the insight. We were also given networking opportunities and helpful workshops to improve our Cv.
The staff were very attentive, helped explain the exercises with good detail, however we also were given tasks which we had to do independently and were more challenging. I personally enjoyed this aspect as well.
I was given extremely valuable guidance in presentation skills which will help with future projects, we also got given personal brand workshops which will help secure future work opportunities and involved us with networking.
The Company
The entire structure was incredibly well planned out, it was well balanced between engaging us and informing us and therefore was never dull.
Really positive and friendly between insight members and staff. I felt by the end that the recruitment team knew who everyone was and had made a conscious effort to speak to every person individually.
They gave us three skills presentations/workshops in personal brands, networking and presentation skills.
We were able to hear talks from people across all departments and therefore given a huge insight into numerous jobs
During networking, talks from the employees and the general office atmosphere I think I got a good understanding of the culture of the firm.
I really liked the roles we were exposed to, however as the firm has so many consultancy roles it would've been better to get a greater understanding of the variety of those roles.
Everything Else
Travel expenses up to £50 per day were reimbursed.
Yes we had a two hour networking session in the evening.
Very informal and easy to get involved with and to get to know people in.
The workers all mentioned activities they did outside of work within the company giving a good indication of things to get involved in.
Definitively. It was really fun and informative.
