About You
There is a series of very informative and rewarding session. I have learned and progressed a lot during the programme.
All the people from UBS are very friendly and helpful. I myself felt like a valued member of their community.
Echo my last comment, A LOT of help and support.
A great great beginning for banking career.
The Company
Probably a little bit less presentations and slightly shorter Q&A sessions but more group work, case study, presentation sessions could be organised. I myself learn and assimilate new knowledge faster during these interactive sessions.
Lively and friendly. We quickly built very good relationship with one another.
The whole programme is purely about students' training and development.
Job shadowing helped you directly engaged.
A great way to personally experience the atmosphere there.
Very good and solid overview of banking.
Everything Else
Probably more tables could be provided during the lunch or breakfast.
Very plenty of them.
Many networking and socialising activities.
Not very much. But it was not stressful at all during the work.
