The Role
I was given really worthwhile work. Gave me a real insight into what was involved not having studied tax before. No photocopying or tea making!
Given a lot of responsibility and worthwile work. Often enquired into my welfare also.
Managed constantly checked as to how I was getting on and whether I was enjoying the placement.
Constant flow of work. Never sat around doing nothing
Was given resposnsibility for tax compuations. Had to be reviewed by a manager as is the case with all employees and not just interns.
Studying accountancy, the skills I have for example in reading accounts will definitely help me next year

Everyone very friendly
Given an appriasal pack to see how I was going throughout.
A lot of time spent explaining how to do things.
