About You
I greatly enjoyed this insight week, everyone I met within the firm was welcoming and happy to take time to talk to me.
Although it was an insights week so hard to add value, I certainly felt like all my questions were respected.
I don't think I could have been supported more.
I gained a great deal of experience interacting with my potential future peers in the bank, which I'm sure will help me in the future.
The Company
The insight was well structured from start to finish, and all the activities were engaging.
The general atmosphere was a happy, friendly and welcoming one.
Given it was only one week it was hard for the firm to invest in our skills, but the various divisions games' and activities' were very effective in helping us understand their divisions.
It did so well, particularly because of the opportunities we had to interact with recent grads.
I felt I already had a good feeling for company culture, but that that has been built upon well.
very much so, I now have a significantly better understanding of the different divisions activities' than I did at the start of the week.
Everything Else
Yes, extensive ones.
They all had a relaxed and easy to engage with atmosphere.
Yes, I was very happy to learn that employees can take time out to volunteer in the community.
