About You
The Insights Week at UBS has definitely exceeded my already hight expectations. The combination of workshops and interactive games organised by different department with the work-shadowing in the department of your choice have overall created an exhaustive picture of what career opportunities are available in UBS. Therefore, I can confidently say that the purpose of the Insights Week is almost perfectly met which is objectively reflected in my ranking.
The recruitment team was with us all day long and was very supportive in guiding between different workshops but also answering any question we have. During the work-shadowing, the lady in Operation, whom I was following kindly offered us to shadow one of her colleagues even though it was not planned originally.
In order not to repeat myself in the previous question, I will just give the same high score.
The range of workshops on all key business areas is ideal to understand yourself and your strength and be confident with choosing the suitable business area for the summer intership.
The Company
The very clear scheduled program from day one, which has each minute planned.
Friendly, enjoyable and encouraging.
The fact that UBS invited senior managers to take some time off their job and speak to us already implies how well the company is willing to invest in us
Range of workshops and presentation really made a difference and allowed me to firmly choose my career path being on just 1st year of uni.
There is nothing better than speaking to employees directly and living the life they live for a week.
Very well balanced and well rounded
Everything Else
Easy clear process
Networking lunch and several panels
