About You
I found the insight programme to be exciting, engaging and challenging. Overall it was indeed an enjoyable experience.
The work allocated to me felt worthwhile, members of the team I was in were always available to help, offer advise and set interesting work.
I was assigned a buddy for the duration of my time at Citi. My buddy was approachable, helpful and always ready to answer questions.
During my time at Citi, I was able to work on key computer skills, these will in future be very useful for any role in Investment Banking
The Company
The insight programme was one of the most structured I have attended. There were constant updates regarding the programme for weeks prior to attending it. Citi also took the initiative of setting up a Guidebook account, this contained information regarding: speaker profiles and daily shedules
The atmosphere at Citi was busy, engaging and warm. Citi employees seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and were very hardworking.
