About You
I enjoyed very much the experience in banking since it has been the very fist one and hope not the last one.
All the people who I spoke to were very warming and therefore, I felt as if they wanted me here.
At the beginning, everything was running very fast. And the other interns seemed to know much more than me. But once you approach someone individually, they will support you extensively.
Since I am studying engineering, this gave the skills to manage myself in more formal environments and being very open towards other sectors.
The Company
It was well- structured despite the fact that they made us choose our assesment preference in 2 hours.
It was very good due to the warming and friendly people around.
They gave us work shadowing, opportunities to network and ask!! we were able to ask as much as we wanted to which is very rewarding.
The talks were very broad and general, however networks and work shadowing gave us a full experience on how it would be which I did really appreciate.
I know and believe that is a very friendly atmosphere, multiculturas, open and ambitious.
As a first year student, paths are broadly open and this one was the gate to gain into a further step in banking and finance. And even, made me realize how important interaction is.
Everything Else
The expenses were covered: food, accomodation and transport plus a bit extra fee.
Yes there was plenty of opportunities, you just need to take the most advantage from it.
They were a bit crowded however, useful and inspiring to clarify choices and doubts.
Not that much: we know there is gym! and than people sometimes brings rackets for tennis.
Absolutely, it shows the whole front office as such and explained what is to be in a global professional environment
