About You
It was a really good experience which is definitely going to help me in my future career. The business game group exercise was the highlight of the programme. It gave me a real insight how it feels like working at KPMG. I was able to express my creativity through numerous activities. Moreover it was important we got feedback after the programme.
People at KPMG were truly warm and friendly. I became comfortable quite easily.
At the start of each day, we were presented with the agenda. So we were not at all at a loss during the programme.
It was the first time i did a presentation in front of managers and senior managers and i really enjoyed it. I acquired essential presentation skills which will prove helpful in the future. Moreover i developed my team work and creativity during the business game.
The Company
Splitting the business game in two days was a rally good idea. Maybe we could have had presentations from a few more partners, as they are really inspiring people.
It was a rather friendly and relaxed atmosphere though i became quite nervous when told about the assessed element.
I really felt i was working at KPMG, especially during the business game.
The people i met during networking gave me an excellent insight of the company culture.
The content was so good that i had a change of mind on my future career after the programme.
