The insight programme will give you a broad insight into Savills's business and corporate culture. It is well-structured, which comprises of work shadowing, departmental talks and networking sessions. A very useful and rewarding experience for those who wish to develop a career in property sector.
As an insight student, you will be given the responsibility to undertake some work and support the permanent staff. You can approach different people all the time.
I received massive support from my mentor/HR/departmental directors.
It gives me an idea of the property industry before I start to undertake my master's degree in Real estate economics and finance.
